In regards to Bush lied about weapons of mass destruction

So people thought that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq before Bush took office. Well, this can only lead me to one conclusion. Bush summoned Satan (probably in the summoning chamber in Haliburton) and sacrificed an infant for a time machine to go back during Clinton's administration and trick him into thinking that there were weapons of mass destruction here.

I wish an ironic tone was more apparent in text format.
